voco® Stockholm – Kista is located in the business-dense area of Kista in Stockholm, offering an exciting stay for both business and leisure travelers. With 201 rooms, a spacious restaurant, five meeting rooms, and a fitness and wellness area, we strive to provide our guests with a personal and memorable hotel experience. The hotel is part of IHG, one of the world's largest hotel chains, and is operated by the Latvian hotel operator Mogotel Hotel Group.

On September 2, 2024, they officially opened the doors to the first voco in the Nordics!

We are now looking for a Part-time Front Desk Agent.

Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent at voco® Stockholm – Kista, you will be our face to the public and the first point of contact for our guests. Your main responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests and perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage bookings and reservations, both via phone and online
• Provide information and recommendations regarding hotel services and local attractions
• Answer guest inquiries and handle any complaints professionally according to IHG standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or similar service roles is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English; additional language skills are a plus
• Experience with Opera PMS is an extra plus
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
