We are now looking for our next team member to join our hotel and hostel reception.

Zinkensdamm is located within the city limits but offers a beautiful natural setting with an unbeatable atmosphere in the summer, close to Årstaviken.

We operate both a hotel and a hostel.

With 87 hotel rooms and 60 hostel rooms of various sizes, we have the capacity to host approximately 500 guests.

Your main responsibilities will include reception duties such as greeting and assisting guests, answering emails, making bookings, and answering phone calls. We would like you to have experience working in a reception or hotel setting, and a passion for the service industry. You must be fluent in Swedish and have no difficulty speaking or writing English. The position involves both day and evening shifts, as well as working on weekdays and weekends. Additionally, experience and availability to work as a night receptionist when needed is highly advantageous. You should also have a cheerful disposition and be solution-oriented.
