You will actively participate in troubleshooting and verification of system updates together with the system operations manager. You will work centrally within the object alongside the System Administrator and Business Object Specialist, collaborating closely with various functions, primarily within the IT Department.
Our systems and services have high demands for reliability and availability, which is why you are expected to work proactively to ensure high operational quality.
Your Qualifications

- Several years of professional experience in IT.
- Experience leading both yourself and others in various types of assignments.
- Experience with case management systems.
- Basic knowledge of system development, SQL databases, and system operations.

Understanding business needs and a humble attitude are important traits. You are accustomed to working independently, being proactive, and having a holistic view. You are eager to find new opportunities and simplify daily life for the business, taking an active approach to create understanding.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with pm3 as a governance model for administration and with a recognized project model. If you also have experience administering and developing e-services and/or have previously worked with Easit, e.g., as a designer, we view this as a plus.
