About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat. You are responsible for your cases from first contact to resolution, handling everything from user questions and administration to basic technical support and invoicing issues. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in Customer Success, Product, and Technology to ensure a high level of service.

We are looking for you who

You have previous experience in service or support and thrive in a role where you help people. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working at a fast pace with varied tasks.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in customer service, technical roles, or other service positions.
• Good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new systems.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A structured work approach and a desire to find solutions.

Previous experience in a SaaS or tech company is meritorious but not a requirement.
