Job Description

As a teacher at Tallkrogens School, you are responsible for planning, teaching, evaluating, and assessing in the subject of music. You are part of a work team where you collaborate with colleagues and are an important part of collegial learning to create new and in-depth knowledge.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with eligibility in music.

You have the ability to design teaching in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current knowledge requirements. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs, and structure and adapt your teaching so that a safe and adequate learning environment is created. You involve the student in the planning and develop the student's ability to learn, both independently and together with others.

You are secure, stable, have self-insight, and are a clear leader in the classroom. You value and create good conditions for cooperation and build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You plan, organize, prioritize, and analyze your lesson structure as well as other tasks included in your role in an effective manner.
