Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agent (Remote) – Nordic Hotel Chain

Would you like to be part of a leading Nordic hotel chain and create memorable experiences for guests – directly from your own home? We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged customer service agent who speaks fluent Danish!

About the role

As a Customer Service Agent, you are an important part of the guest experience and act as the link between the hotel chain and its guests. You assist customers via phone, email, and chat with bookings, questions, and inquiries – always with the goal of delivering a smooth and positive experience.

Start: August 17th

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in service, customer service, or a similar role
• Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
• Is computer literate and comfortable working digitally
• Has a quiet and ergonomic workspace at home where you can work undisturbed
• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
