What you can actually earn
Example:
- 10 qualified meetings / week
- 500 SEK / approved meeting
= approx. 5,000 SEK / week, which is around 20,000 SEK / month.
This is entirely realistic if you follow the script, maintain call volume, and take the coaching seriously.
Once you get into the groove, don’t be surprised if you sometimes complete the entire week’s meeting target in just 2–3 hours of effective calling time.
Setup
- You receive call lists, scripts, and onboarding.
- You make calls for approx. 15–20 hours / week.
- You follow the script, log calls, and book appointments in our calendar.
- Every approved meeting = payment.
Who we are looking for (and who we aren’t)
You:
- Enjoy talking on the phone and are comfortable with cold calling.
- Speak fluent Swedish.
- Can commit at least 15 hours per week.
- Like clear processes and follow them.
This is not for you if:
- You want a fixed salary without taking risks.
- You jump between different tasks every week.
- You are not willing to practice the script or receive feedback.
