About the role

We are now launching TMC Örebro and looking for a Business Manager with full business responsibility. In this role, you drive the business from initial contact to long-term collaboration and work closely with employeneurs to ensure the right project, the right client, and sustainable development.

Here, we have a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within this framework, you have significant autonomy.

What we expect from you

This is a role for you if you:

• Drive B2B sales methodically and long-term
• Take responsibility all the way: prospect → deal → delivery → relationship
• Build trust at the decision-making level – work closely with employeneurs and ensure that the project aligns with both business and career goals. Have full responsibility for your team – including development and recruitment
• Self-drive without the need for micromanagement
• Enjoy building rather than managing
• Have an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
• Experience from consulting or professional services firms is advantageous, especially in roles close to complex client deliveries
• We assume that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
