We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Analytics Consultant to support the next phase of growth and innovation for Foundever's Swedish-speaking markets. You are analytically minded, curious, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
In this role, you combine your industry knowledge with technical expertise to deliver analytics and insight programs to our customers. The assignments aim to optimize business processes, improve customer experiences, and increase sales and revenue. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and customer teams to design, present, and deliver solutions across a broad spectrum of industries.
As part of Foundever's Analytics & Insight community, you will use your expertise in data analysis and your ability to manage stakeholders to deliver high-business-value analytics and create buy-in within both the business and our customers.
Your Responsibilities
Data Analysis
- Lead and deliver analysis work within several insight and analytics programs for various customers
- Have a broad understanding of analytics and insight solutions and associated concepts
- Use statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Present complex analysis in a clear and business-relevant manner with concrete recommendations
- Collaborate with the BI and reporting team to develop and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI
- Ensure quality through review of project deliverables
- Lead and support a small team of analysts and insight specialists
Stakeholder and Customer Collaboration
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and translate them into analytics and insight solutions
- Present analysis results to decision-makers at all levels, including the executive team
- Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and customers
- Work closely with internal functions such as Operations, Solutions, Client Strategy & Advisory, and Account Management
- Collaborate with teams within Data Science & Engineering
Improvement and Development Projects
- Generate insights that lead to improvements in processes, technology, and services
- Support the development of business cases through cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations
- Monitor implemented solutions, evaluate results, and propose adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on new tools, methods, and trends in the analytics field
Sales and Solution Development
- Develop business cases and ROI calculations that support new sales and the further development of existing customer contracts
- Contribute to the development of scalable and reusable analytics products within the EMEA region
- Support the Insight & Analytics Director in the work with proposals and solution designs
Leadership and Strategy
- Act as project manager for analytics and insight assignments across multiple customer accounts
- Lead analysis work and coordinate the team's work with a high degree of independence
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardize ways of working and processes
- Responsible for project follow-up, pipeline management, and steering
- Coach, train, and mentor colleagues within the analytics team
Your Profile
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics work within BPO operations
- At least 2 years of experience from the retail industry
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis within contact center operations
- Practical experience with SQL, Python, and/or R, preferably in a cloud environment (preferably Microsoft Azure)
- Good to advanced knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with Azure environments, such as Databricks, is an advantage
- Experience with Alteryx and working with unstructured data is an advantage
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical ability and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple parallel assignments
