Property Controller for Consulting Assignment

We are looking for an experienced Property Controller for an assignment within the public sector, focusing on the development and quality assurance of infrastructure registers. The assignment is full-time in southern Stockholm and runs for approximately 4–6 months, starting in mid-August.

The assignment includes among other things:

• Analysis and quality assurance of infrastructure registers.
• Development and implementation of routines and working methods.
• Improvement work related to processes and system support.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops.

We are looking for you who have:

• Educational background in economics.
• Experience in property economics and component depreciation.
• Knowledge of infrastructure accounting and working with large datasets.
• Experience from the public sector is an advantage.

Your assignment takes place at the client's site, but you choose whether you want to work as a sub-consultant with your own company or as a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by collective agreements, insurance, and pension benefits.
