Job Description

The Alarm Group works from 07:00–21:00 Monday–Friday and 06:45–21:00 on weekends. We are based at the City Hall and co-located with the night patrol. The Alarm Group primarily handles safety alarms but also processes alarms from our medication dispensers (Evondos), GPS alarms, and camera monitoring. The Alarm Group activates and installs standard safety alarms, GPS alarms, Phonirol locks, and cameras.

The role involves personal care and certain service tasks, but above all, it is a highly varied job that requires responsibility and flexibility. The Alarm Group operates throughout Höör Municipality and covers a large geographical area. Collaboration and good relationships with colleagues and other professions are crucial for success in this role.

The Alarm Group is part of the organization for ordinary housing within home care and is the part of the organization that responds to alarms from the municipality's citizens who have been granted some form of alarm. Our operations run 24/7 and play a crucial role in creating safety, security, and independence for people in their own homes.
