Aleris Specialist Care Malmö Arena is a modern specialist clinic in Hyllie with short decision-making paths, close collaborations, and a clear patient focus. Here, several professions work together within areas such as orthopedics, surgery, general medicine, cardiology, sports medicine, and rehabilitation.

We believe in specialized care with high quality and a warm welcome. Through modern working methods and digital support, we make it easier for patients to receive the right help at the right time. We are also in an exciting phase of development where we are expanding our private care and insurance care services. In 2028, the operations will also move into completely new, purpose-built premises.

The Role

As a plastic surgeon with us, you will become an important part of a cross-professional team where the patient's needs are at the center. You are responsible for consultations, surgeries, and follow-ups, while also contributing to the development of the operations and creating a secure and efficient care journey for patients.

You work closely with nurses, assistant nurses, and other colleagues in the team. The role also offers the opportunity to influence how care develops forward – both through improvement work and by contributing your specialist expertise to the continued development of the operations.

The role includes, among other things:

• Making independent medical decisions and documenting in medical record and operation systems
• Conducting consultations, surgeries, and medical follow-ups
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in daily patient work
• Participating in operational development and improvement work
• Contributing to training and competence-enhancing initiatives through Aleris's national specialist council.

About You

Requirements

• Specialist physician in plastic surgery
• At least 5 years of experience in the specialty
• Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
• Experience working in a structured and independent manner.

Meritorious

• Experience in insurance care or private specialist care
• Experience in operational development and improvement work.

Terms of Employment

Employment type: Probation period of 6 months, followed by a permanent position.
Working hours: One day per week. Some evening duties may occur.
Location: Aleris Specialist Care Malmö Arena, Hyllie.
