We are now expanding our Specialist Training (ST) doctor positions.

Our healthcare centre is located right in the centre of Bjärred. We have bright and pleasant premises. We have approximately 35 employees and around 9,500 registered patients. We work in teams and have close collaboration between our different professions. We are proud of our high accessibility and place great emphasis on patient interaction. We have a flexible working approach and short decision-making paths, allowing us to maintain a well-functioning daily routine and meet the needs of our registered patients in the best possible way.

Job Responsibilities

As an ST doctor with us, you will be assigned an experienced supervisor. You will participate in the region's internal ST courses and follow your ST plan.

In the role of ST doctor, you will have your own registered patients. You are an important part of the development of the practice and help drive the clinic's work forward. We have a strong focus on quality.

Qualifications

We are looking for an ST doctor with a genuine interest in the breadth and variety of general medicine, who can work with us to provide good, high-quality care. Contributing to the development of the practice is seen as a natural part of your work, and you find it easy to create good interactions with patients, colleagues, and collaborating partners. You must be able to communicate clearly. We place great importance on your personal qualities and expect you to be someone who contributes with commitment and joy in work.

Personal Attributes

You should be confident in your role as a doctor and as a person, and have a patient-focused approach.

Other Information

Working hours are 08:00–17:00.
