Recess Supervisor/Recess Pedagogue at Noblaskolan Solna

We are now looking for you who want to work at our recess center (fritidshem) and help shape a meaningful and joyful daily routine for the children.

About the job

You will be responsible for supervised recess activities during the day and leading activities in the afternoons. You will support teachers in the classroom during daytime hours with students who need a little extra help, and you see it as a challenge to ensure everyone succeeds.

At our recess center, we work in mixed-age groups where students choose activities based on their interests. The center is divided into two groups: grades F-3 (preschool class to grade 3) and grades 4-6.

You will become part of a team at a school with low staff turnover, a stable management group with long tenure, and a Student Health Team (EHT) with all professions represented.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with students and want to engage everyone in participation. You want to help shape the recess center to be meaningful, joyful, and educational. You are motivated by reaching out to every student and seeing them develop and thrive.

You agree that a good operation requires predictability and clarity, and you are experienced in working with visual supports (picture supports).

You enjoy being outdoors and see it as a given to be active with the children and participate in their activities.

You also know that the relationship with the students is the foundation of everything!
