NTM in Norrköping is now recruiting a Business Controller with the help of Mpya Finance. Here you will have the opportunity to hold a key position in a foundation-owned group with its heart in local journalism.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of the group's finance department and work closely with operational managers. The role focuses on the Distribution business area, which is responsible for ensuring the group's logistics chain is sustainable and efficient, as well as the Printing business area, which develops and strengthens the group's printing offerings. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO.

• Analyze business-related data and propose measures to develop the business.
• Analyze revenues, costs, and profitability.
• Present financial reports and serve as a support to managers and the organization.
• Participate in management group work.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow-up.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes.

Who are we looking for?

As a candidate for this position, you have an academic education in economics or equivalent. You have relevant work experience from a similar role, and it is highly meritorious if you have also worked in the logistics industry. To be successful and thrive in the role, you must have very good analytical skills, and you are eager to take initiative in both routine tasks and ad-hoc assignments. You are an Excel and PowerPoint pro, and experience with analysis and BI tools is considered a merit. Furthermore, you have excellent proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken.

You are a team player with a solution-oriented attitude that is contagious to your colleagues.
