Supervisor for the Employment and Adult Education Administration

At Jobbcentrum City, you will have a central role where you coach, inspire, and support participants in their personal and professional development with the goal of strengthening their opportunities for employment and self-sufficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference for people who are far from the labor market. You will teach within healthcare and social care while simultaneously guiding and motivating participants to progress to further education within the healthcare sector. Through close collaboration with colleagues, you contribute to creating a safe, inspiring, and developmental environment where participants strengthen their prerequisites to become part of the labor market and society.

You support participants in developing their Swedish language skills, strengthening their digital competencies, and preparing for working life through teaching, group activities, study visits, and individualized support. The role also involves creating motivation, building trust-based relationships, and inspiring hope for the future among people who need support on their way to work or studies.

Simple administration, such as attendance registration, documentation, homework help, and support in contacting authorities, is also included as a natural part of the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or have other relevant healthcare education and who have experience in supervising, guiding, or educating students during their practical training (APL). You have good professional knowledge within the healthcare area and can convey knowledge to others in a pedagogical and inspiring way. The role also requires experience in planning, structuring, and implementing activities, educational initiatives, or group operations. You have good collaboration skills and thrive in working with schools, the Care and Social Care Administration (VOF), and other relevant actors to create the best possible conditions for the participants' development. A B-class driver's license is required.

It is positive if you have experience working with people who are far from the labor market, for example within labor market measures, adult education, or similar operations. We also view it positively if you have good knowledge of Arabic and/or Somali, as this can be a valuable support in contact with our participants.
