INSU’s vocational higher education operations, which also include the new educational format of National Vocational Education, face an exciting future and need to expand with an Educational Leader.

As an Educational Leader at INSU, you work closely with colleagues, students, and the industry. You lead and develop high-quality education programs with strong ties to working life. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, leading, quality assuring, and developing education within vocational higher education and national vocational education.
• Collaborating with coordinators, teachers, industry partners, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure that education maintains high quality, relevance, and future-proofing.
• Writing applications and actively participating in the work to apply for more education programs.
• Contributing to improving processes, routines, and systems for both operations and the company.
• Working both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an educational leader or other professional experience considered equivalent.
• Post-secondary education.

Merits:

• Experience in project management.
• Experience in writing applications within vocational higher education.
• Experience from the installation industry.

About INSU

INSU currently runs ten vocational higher education programs and two national vocational education programs within the installation industry. Education is delivered both remotely and on-site, encompassing approximately 500 students. The operation consists of seven people, including a consultant. It is a small team with great commitment, characterized by collaboration and courage in a mix of seriousness and fun.
