Have you considered becoming a coach?

We are looking for you who enjoy floorball and want to make a difference.

You don't need to be an experienced coach. Perhaps you have played yourself, perhaps you follow the sport closely, or perhaps you are just curious to test your leadership in a developmental environment.

At the moment, IBK Dalen is looking for coaches for several of our teams, ranging from youth activities to the elite level.

If you have commitment, drive, and a desire to develop both people and yourself, we would love to talk to you. The most important thing is not what is on your CV – but that you want to contribute to our operations and develop tomorrow's floorball players.

With us, you will receive support, training, and the opportunity to develop as a coach. For some assignments, there is also the possibility of compensation, depending on the role and level within the club.
