About the Workplace

Snyggatorpsskolan is a secondary school (grades 7-9) in Klippan. Approximately 500 students attend the school. The school is located in central Klippan, and it is equally easy to commute by train or by car. Approximately 60 people work at the school: teachers, administration, and student health services. In 2024, the school concluded a collaboration with the Swedish National Agency for Education, "Collaboration for the Best School," to improve our results. This work has yielded good returns and continues at the school. Adapted primary school facilities are located in adjacent premises.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group instruction in Swedish outside the classroom.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and analyze students' needs.
• Plan and collaborate regularly with Swedish teachers to create a coherent thread between classroom instruction and the support measures you implement.
• Work with adaptations and pedagogical strategies that help students achieve knowledge goals.
• Monitor and document student development and contribute to student health services as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher in Swedish with eligibility for secondary school (grades 7-9).
• Experience working with students in need of support, preferably in special education contexts.
• Special education teacher education.
• Good collaborative skills and confidence in working closely with subject teachers.
• Ability to create clear structures and individualized strategies.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Ends 2026-07-10.
