We collaborate closely with leading Swedish researchers regarding teaching development in preschool, primary school, and adult education. We are bold and test new innovative ideas such as VR in teaching. We consider movement in both new construction, development of outdoor environments, and offer movement analysis to our staff.

We carry out early interventions together with social services and have a joint mobile team to help students with problematic absenteeism. We truly follow up on goal fulfillment and act on our results. We work to become proficient in trust-based leadership and have a close leadership structure with few employees per manager.

About Tågarpskolan

Tågarpskolan in western Arlöv is a fine F-6 school with two and three parallel classes. We have approximately 380 pleasant students distributed across 16 classes.

In 2014, the school was extended, and we then received a nice PE and Science hall, workspaces, conference rooms, and classrooms. In August 2024, we inaugurated our new extension containing four classrooms and a nice after-school center section. A completely newly laid out, large, and beautiful schoolyard offers opportunities for play, learning, and movement. Tågarpskolan has five after-school center sections, F-classes, grade 1, grade 2, grade 3, as well as grades 4–6.

The school has a well-functioning student health team with a counselor, school nurse, three special education teachers, a psychologist, an assistant principal, and a principal. That we, who work at Tågarpskolan, are well-educated, engaged, and good adult role models is a matter of course.

We work actively to strengthen the students' reading comprehension and are in an exciting phase of development.

Burlöv Municipality is investing heavily in reading, where the after-school center is an important part.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who, together with colleagues, want to continue developing the after-school center's work with a focus on movement, language development, and learning in outdoor environments. You will become part of an engaged work team with well-educated after-school pedagogues, where you jointly plan and drive a creative and educational activity for our students.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as an after-school pedagogue/teacher in after-school centers. You have a great commitment and plan, structure, and carry out the pedagogical work in accordance with the steering documents.
