About you as a primary school teacher (grades 4-6):

We are looking for you who have a degree and certification to teach in grades 4-6 with Mathematics and Natural Sciences (NO). You have good insight and knowledge of the school's steering documents and apply them practically in daily work. You are up to date with current research in your field. You are creative and can adapt your approach, pedagogical methods, and techniques based on the individual student's needs or the student group's needs. You also dare to exercise professional leadership and are passionate about your work. You develop the pedagogical activities to be both fun, inspiring, and challenging. We assume that you view each student from a holistic perspective, have a positive view of students, and show engagement and interest in students' learning. You build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. It is necessary that you master good Swedish in both speech and writing. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

As a primary school teacher, you work for higher goal fulfillment through teaching and work with the school's systematic quality work. The main part of your assignment is teaching, and duties also include mentorship in grade 4.

In your role as a primary school teacher, you sit with the development group. This means planning, organizing, and leading development processes that involve several colleagues, in subject teams, work teams, and development groups at the school. We see that you are a clear leader in the classroom, that you are flexible in your thinking, and adapt to the situation in your assignment. You are calm and receptive, have the ability to build good relationships with the student, guardians, and colleagues. You see collegial learning as a success factor for developing teaching and students' learning.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a grades 4-6 teacher on a full-time basis for the students in grade 4. Your assignment includes, among other things, planning, implementing, and following up on teaching both individually and together with your colleagues. You will belong to the work team 4-6. The position includes mentorship for grade 4.
