We are looking for a woman to work as a personal assistant for our lovely 26-year-old client in Särö, starting in April.

Our client has cerebral palsy, an intellectual disability, and epilepsy (EP). As an assistant, you will be present during the afternoons and evenings, as well as every other weekend. You will assist with all daily care routines and support her in various activities. It is essential that you are a safe, calm, and attentive person. A cheerful, playful, and mischievous personality with a childlike spirit is highly valued. You should enjoy coming up with new ideas and taking initiative.

Previous experience as an assistant is not required, as we prioritize personal suitability above all else. However, it is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant or have experience working with children, young people, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, or epilepsy.

Our client enjoys doing things and appreciates activities such as bowling, coffee breaks, or shopping. She loves visiting Liseberg, listening to music, and watching performances.

Working hours: Weekdays from 16:00 to 22:00, and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 11:00 to 22:00. Slight adjustments to these times may occur.

We are hiring two people for positions of approximately 50–75% each, with the possibility of working additional hours. During the summer, when our client is off from her day program, there is an opportunity to work longer shifts on weekdays.

Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and training will begin in April.

Salary and other terms of employment are in accordance with the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna – Kommunal.
