Pireva is looking for a Project Manager for Water and Wastewater (VA)

We are in an exciting phase of development with many important investment projects within the water and wastewater sector. We are now looking for a project manager who wants to drive these projects from idea to completed facility.

Here, you will work with socially vital infrastructure that makes a real difference for the residents of Piteå – every day.

Pireva is responsible for the drinking water supply, waste collection and recycling, as well as wastewater treatment in Piteå Municipality.

Our task is to contribute to a functioning, sustainable, and attractive Piteå through a sustainable working method – not just for us, but also for our children and grandchildren.

About the role

As a Project Manager for Water and Wastewater, you are responsible for leading and driving investment projects within the VA sector, such as waterworks, pump stations, and pipe networks. You work closely with internal clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that projects are carried out according to set goals for time, cost, and quality.

You also contribute to ensuring a structured working method, good documentation, and that the project meets current requirements regarding environment, working environment, and regulatory control.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in project management, preferably within construction, industry, or water and wastewater. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with others. We place great emphasis on your experience and personal qualities.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Experience in project management

Merits:

• Relevant education in areas such as engineering, construction, or project management
• Experience in water and wastewater operations
• Knowledge of public procurement
• Knowledge of contract law
• Technical education or equivalent experience

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment located at our office on Garagevägen in Öjebyn. The work is primarily performed during daytime hours, and start date is by agreement.
