Nymans Ur 1851 is growing – and now we are building the future of the customer experience in luxury retail.

In 2026, we will open the doors to our new flagship store in Bibliotekstan. A completely new store concept in the heart of Stockholm where exclusive watches, jewelry, and world-class service meet in an environment designed for extraordinary experiences. We are now looking for additional sales staff who want to be part of this journey.

This is not an ordinary sales job. This is a role for you who loves meeting people, is driven by delivering top-tier service, and understands that the strongest customer experiences are created in the details.

We are currently looking for several weekend sales assistants to join our team in Stockholm, starting in August.

About the role

As a salesperson at Nymans Ur, you will become part of a company with roots dating back to 1851 and a strong position in exclusive watches and jewelry in the Nordic region. You will work with some of the world's most reputable brands and meet customers with high expectations – every day. Your mission is to create a customer experience that makes people want to return, recommend us to others, and remember the visit long after they have left the store.

Your responsibilities:

• Actively sell from our exclusive range
• Work towards set sales targets and KPIs
• Create a personal and world-class professional customer experience
• Inspire customers through service, knowledge, and engagement
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Contribute to the team's energy, culture, and development

We believe you:

• Have experience in service and sales, preferably in the premium or luxury segment, but this is not a strict requirement. We will teach you everything you need to know about watches.
• Are passionate about customer interaction and motivated by delivering high-level service.
• Have a genuine interest in watches, jewelry, or premium brands.
• Are confident, social, and professional in your demeanor.
• Thrive in an environment with a fast pace and high expectations.
• Fluently speak and write both Swedish and English.
