Strategy & Operations Manager

BidWise Consulting is recruiting for a confidential client in central Stockholm.

Requirements for the role

To be considered for this position, you need:

• A degree from a business school (Handelshögskolan), KTH, LiTH, law school, or equivalent education with a strong analytical focus.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience from management consulting, corporate law, or a fast-growing startup environment.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong ability to handle complex information and large volumes of text.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

About the role

Our client is a fast-growing company within AI and public affairs. The company's founder and CEO has a background from McKinsey. To succeed, the company combines strong talent with scalable processes and self-developed AI and tech tools.

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work closely with the company's leadership and be responsible for client relations, project management, quality assurance, and operational development.

You will be given responsibility for your own area and contribute to developing both the company's processes and its future organization.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop into a Team Leader role within approximately one year.
