CTS Security Solutions AB is a newly established subsidiary based in central Stockholm. Our mission is to deliver services and technical solutions to all companies within the CTS Group. We are now looking for an engaged and experienced:

Project Manager – Physical Security Systems

As a Project Manager, you will become a key person in our delivery of advanced security systems to Europe's largest and most security-critical data centers. You will lead projects from start to finish and be responsible for planning, structuring, and ensuring that deliveries are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. You will work closely with technical specialists, security engineers, customers, and external suppliers. The position is based in Stockholm and involves significant travel within Europe in connection with project deliveries.

Your Role

• Lead and coordinate the design and implementation of physical security systems in data center projects
• Responsible for project planning, timelines, resource allocation, budget monitoring, and risk management
• Act as the contact person for the customer and ensure clear requirement setting and expectation management
• Coordinate internal resources, technical experts, and external suppliers throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure documentation, system drawings, and quality according to industry standards
• Contribute to the continuous development of project processes and working methods
• Support quotation work and the development of technical solution proposals together with the sales and engineering team

Who are you?

We are looking for you who can easily demonstrate that as a leader, you have inspired and enabled others to perform at their best. You have successfully driven a number of projects from start to finish in an efficient and profitable manner.

Your Background

• Experience in project management within construction, installation, or technical systems, preferably linked to security technology or data centers
• Good technical understanding of systems such as access control, video surveillance, biometric solutions, and integrated security platforms
• Documented habit of working structured according to project methodology, preferably with tools such as MS Project or similar
• Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing

Merits

• Experience from working with systems such as Milestone, LenelS2, Axis, Bosch, or similar security systems
