Nova Health Group was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and the treatment of mental illness. We strive to offer a modern and patient-centered healthcare experience. Our goal is to provide Europe's best assessment and treatment for individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other psychiatric conditions. We currently serve our patients under the brands Nova Psychiatry and Karla Psychiatry, with more companies in the pipeline within the group.

Today's psychiatry is often characterized by traditional methods and a slow pace of work, where technological advancements and patient needs rarely take center stage. Many patients struggle to navigate the complex public system or turn to large healthcare providers where they risk becoming an anonymous number in the crowd. We have chosen to do things differently by putting the patient at the center and offering psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is built on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, using modern technology and innovative working methods to continuously improve and develop our operations.

Our dedicated team is the core of our business and consists primarily of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova was founded in 2024 and currently has over 50 employees – and we are growing fast. You will work closely with our IT Manager, focusing on keeping our IT environment well-organized and our employees productive. A large part of the job involves onboarding and offboarding devices and workstations – ensuring that every employee has the right equipment, correctly configured and ready to use. We work in a modern tech environment with macOS, Microsoft 365, and Intune, and we are looking for someone who wants to help maintain that standard.

The position is part-time and office-based – perfect for you who are studying and want a flexible side gig.

• Set up and configure computers for new hires so they are ready from day one.
• Collect and restore equipment when employees leave.
• Assist with purchasing peripheral equipment as needed.
• Ensure all workstations are equipped with functioning hardware – and that it looks professional and uniform.
• Register and keep equipment updated in our inventory system in connection with onboarding and offboarding.
• Be the first point of contact for technical questions and handle tickets in our ticketing system.
• Contribute to improving and standardizing our technical procedures and workflows.

You are tech-savvy, service-minded, and the type of person who actually enjoys solving problems and helping others. You don't need to be an IT pro – but you should have a genuine interest in technology and not be afraid to troubleshoot, Google, and test your way through issues.

• Is interested in technology and comfortable handling computers and peripherals (preferably Mac).
• Is studying or has another main occupation – this is a flexible side gig.
• Thrives in a role where you meet and help colleagues daily.
• Enjoys troubleshooting and figuring out why something isn't working.
• Is solution-oriented and takes initiative.
• Is self-sufficient and capable of working based on assigned tasks without micromanagement.

• Previous experience in IT support or similar technical roles.
• Experience with or good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Entra, etc.).
• Experience in managing and configuring computers and mobile devices.
• Interest in or knowledge of AI and how it can be used in work.

• Final Interview (On-site in Stockholm): The final step is an interview at our office in Stockholm.
