We are looking for two new colleagues who are interested in and capable of taking on the role of project staff member. The position is located within the support staff of the Health, Care and Social Services Administration, where you, together with colleagues, will provide strategic and operational support to the administration's management and operations in matters concerning security, readiness, and safety.

Responsibilities

As a project staff member, you will work with both strategic and operational issues within crisis preparedness and civil defense. The role involves close collaboration with operations and other functions to develop the organization's ability to prevent, withstand, and manage disruptions.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Conduct and further develop in-depth risk analyses (FRA).
  • Work with risk and vulnerability analyses (RSA) as well as associated action planning and follow-up.
  • Conduct analyses related to the organization's wartime organization and contribute to the overall preparedness work.
  • Support operations in the establishment, development, and analysis of business continuity planning.
  • Be responsible for the analysis and follow-up of preparedness equipment and resources.
  • Participate in the work with the introduction of stockholding obligations prior to their entry into force in 2027.
  • Produce background materials, reports, and decision support within the field of preparedness and security.
  • Contribute to development work related to civil defense, supply preparedness, and continuity management.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an analytical approach and the ability to translate complex information into concrete materials and recommendations. You work in a structured manner, take personal responsibility, and find it easy to collaborate with different operations and stakeholders.

We expect you to have:

  • An academic education in crisis preparedness, societal security, political science, risk management, or other education that the employer deems relevant.
  • Experience working with risk analyses, risk and vulnerability analyses, business continuity planning, or similar areas.
  • Good ability to analyze, structure, and document information.
  • Experience in producing reports, decision support materials, and investigations.
  • Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

  • Work with civil defense and total defense issues.
  • Wartime organization work.
  • Supply preparedness and stockholding issues.
  • Work within the public sector or socially vital operations.

Information about the position

Employment type: Fixed-term employment (Project employment) for approx. 15 months.

 

Number of positions: 2

 

Start date: As agreed.

 

Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hours.

 

Location: In lovely premises at Kungsgatan 13, Malmö.
