Customer Service and Retention Specialist
Fibio is one of Sweden's fastest-growing independent mobile operators on the Telenor network. We are now looking for a Customer Service and Retention Specialist who wants to work in an operational role involving both service and sales.
In this role, you will handle both incoming and outgoing customer contact.
You will assist existing customers via phone with questions regarding subscriptions, invoices, number transfers, and other matters. At the same time, you will actively work to retain customers who are considering leaving us and help customers find solutions that suit their needs.
The work involves a combination of customer service, administration, and sales. You will work in several different systems and have daily contact with customers.
You will receive a clear introduction, training, and ongoing support to succeed in the role.
Previous experience is meritorious but not decisive. We place great emphasis on personality, attitude, and the desire to develop.
