About the Role

In this role at AllOffice, you are a key ambassador for the entire company. You work in a tight-knit team where collaboration and engagement are an obvious part of everyday life and the foundation of our success. The position is full-time and you are based in our store in Helsingborg. A significant part of your working hours will be spent in the store, where you will meet our customers and contribute to a positive and professional customer experience. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring the store is sales-oriented, well-organized, and inspiring.

This is a combined role where, in addition to daily store operations, you have special responsibility for our range of workwear as well as handling print and branding. This means you work closely with customers to develop solutions tailored to their needs and ensure that deliveries maintain high quality. The role is varied and developmental, involving significant customer contact and close collaboration with colleagues within AllOffice. You report to the Store Manager. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in similar work who thrives in a role with high customer contact. You have a genuine interest in service and are skilled at building trust in customer interactions. We would appreciate experience with workwear and familiarity with working on branding and print projects. You have a good understanding of customer needs and can independently develop high-quality solutions. As a person, you are positive, proactive, and flexible. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a structured work style where order and tidiness are second nature. Putting the customer first comes naturally to you in everything you do.

Start date: According to agreement

Store opening hours: Weekdays 8 AM – 5 PM, Closed on weekends
