About the Role

Maxitech has been entrusted with managing the recruitment process for Ida Infront and is now seeking Senior Developers who want to help develop some of Sweden's most critical societal systems. Ida Infront is an established product company whose solutions are used by authorities and organizations where high demands are placed on security, quality, and long-term sustainability. The Role

As a Senior Developer, you will become part of an agile and self-organizing team responsible for the entire development chain: from analysis, design, and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and further development. The role is broad and suits you if you want to take overall responsibility. In addition to development, the team works with integrations, production-related issues, technical support, and continuous improvements of both products and working methods. You will work with complex solutions involving both new development and further development. AI is a prioritized area where Ida Infront actively explores how modern AI tools, agents, and intelligent functions can create value for both their products and customers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in system development and thrives working independently in complex environments.
• Has a university degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Has experience with Java and modern development methods.
• Has worked with integrations, APIs, and databases.
• Has experience with Docker, Git/GitHub, automated testing, and CI/CD flows.
• Is a Swedish citizen, as the position is subject to security requirements.

Advantageous is experience with Kubernetes, DevOps, distributed system environments, AI-related development, and modern frontend frameworks. Depending on the team, product, and customer, you will also encounter technologies and tools such as:

• Apache Wicket
• Java Swing
• BI and reporting tools

• Jenkins
• Gradle, Maven, and Ant
• Jira

Workplace and Working Methods

The role is based in Linköping or Stockholm, and we work in a hybrid model. The teams meet regularly at the office, so we are looking for someone who can travel in for team days and workshops. You can live anywhere in Sweden, but you need to be comfortable working independently remotely while actively contributing to the team's collaboration.
