About FöreningsKraft

FöreningsKraft is a steadily growing company dedicated to assisting associations with financial administration. Our goal is to create sustainable driving forces in the non-profit sector by being the obvious choice when associations need financial support.

We work exclusively with non-profit associations, and our clients are located throughout Sweden across various sectors such as sports, culture, disability movements, community associations, and more.

Currently, the team at FöreningsKraft consists of two accountants and a CEO. We all work remotely and meet in person a few times a year. We are now looking for another accountant to strengthen our team. Together, we strengthen civil society so that passionate volunteers can focus on their core activities while we handle the crucial financial administration.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to help our associations with all types of financial tasks. You will have primary responsibility for a selection of associations but will also assist colleagues when needed.

You will assist associations with the entire or partial financial workflow. You will maintain continuous dialogue with the associations and handle ongoing tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll, fees, and accounts receivable/payable. Additionally, you will perform specific tasks such as year-end accounts, advisory services, or tax returns.

As the company grows, every employee contributes to developing the business with ideas based on their own experience.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who loves providing high-quality service to everyone they meet and wants to build close relationships with our associations. You enjoy working independently while also contributing to the team's development.

Key qualities we value highly in this role are your attention to detail, organizational skills, and your ability to find solutions where others see challenges.

Requirements:

• Education within accounting/finance
• At least 2 years of work experience in accounting
• Experience working independently
• Experience with payroll administration

Merits:

• Certified accountant (Certifierad redovisningsekonom)
• Previous experience working at a consulting firm
• Some connection to the non-profit sector.

Additional Information:

Location: Remote, we are looking for employees from all over Sweden.

Employment Level: 100%. Possibility to start at a lower level if desired.

Employment Type: Permanent position. 6-month probation period.

Salary: Monthly salary

Start Date: Autumn 2026, by agreement
