About the role

• Support for Swedish-speaking Netflix subscribers.
• Communicate via chat and phone with subscribers.
• Answer questions about payment methods.
• Troubleshoot streaming and content issues.
• Help subscribers with questions on how to navigate Netflix.

We are looking for someone who

• Has excellent knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Has fluent English skills.
• Has strong communication and social skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
• Has computer literacy and technical awareness.
• Being a fan of TV series (or even a Netflix subscriber) is considered a bonus!
