Field Sales Representative / Outside Sales / B2B Sales for Premium Heating Solutions – Southern Sweden
We are currently looking for an engaged, business-driven, and results-oriented Field Sales Representative for one of our clients, an established company in the premium segment of heating solutions. The assignment involves taking over and further developing an existing sales operation that already has active deals and an established market presence. Due to the owner's lack of time, the company is now seeking a person who can take independent responsibility for the sales work and contribute to continued growth.
About the Assignment
The position is an interim assignment with an initial period of 6 months, with good opportunities to transition into a permanent employment with the client or the customer company thereafter. The possibility of a long-term solution is based on the results and deals you create during the assignment.
You will be offered a fixed monthly salary combined with an attractive commission model, which provides significant opportunities to influence your total compensation.
To give you the best possible conditions for success, there will be a clear and structured onboarding process at the start of the assignment.
Responsibilities
In the role of Field Sales Representative, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to closed deal. You work with prospecting and processing of resellers (ÅF) based on the company's existing CRM system and identify new business opportunities in the market.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Process existing and potential resellers.
- Conduct cold and warm sales calls.
- Schedule and conduct customer visits.
- Create and develop business opportunities.
- Present the company's premium heating solutions.
- Negotiate, follow up, and close deals.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding set sales targets and budget.
Work Area
You primarily work from home and have all of Southern Sweden as your work area. Since most of the work takes place out in the field, it is important that you have a good ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your time to create an efficient and profitable sales day.
Travel is a natural part of the role, and overnight stays occur as needed.
Follow-up and Goal Management
The assignment is followed up continuously through clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:
- Number of sales calls conducted
- Number of scheduled customer meetings
- Number of customer visits conducted
- Number of deals closed
- Revenue
- Profitability

Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Access to a personal car, at least initially.
- Ability to travel within Southern Sweden with occasional overnight stays.
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
