PN's collaboration with Indoor gives you both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to kickstart your career as a Refrigeration Technician. After 12 introductory weeks that include onboarding and mentoring, you begin your assignment with Indoor in an industry where demand for competence is only growing.

Information about the position

Professionals Nord is launching this successful setup again, for the second time, in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of Refrigeration Technician.

You will then be employed via Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for Indoor for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transfer directly to Indoor, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical exercises to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop in areas such as:

• Refrigeration technology
• Electrical engineering
• Piping systems and system construction
• Refrigerants and the F-gas regulation
• Refrigeration certificate category 1

We offer the possibility of study support throughout the introductory period.

Launch event: September 21

Introduction: September 21 – January 22 (details for the entire introductory period will be provided at the employment interview)

First day at Indoor: January 25

With broad technical competence and local presence, Indoor works from the vision of creating Sweden's most energy-efficient buildings.

Information about the position

As a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor Stockholm, you will become part of the service department, which consists of 20 technicians. In the role, you will have frequent contact with customers and work with most aspects of cooling, from maintenance, service, and renovations to investigations, troubleshooting, and action plans for customers' various facilities. Each assignment varies in scope, and you will work in many different types of environments, such as small restaurant kitchens to large industries or property companies. The position also involves significant documentation and reporting in systems.

You are responsible for your own customers and have great freedom in the role while having close support from knowledgeable colleagues with broad competence in various areas. To give you the right conditions for the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually get to know the organization, the customers, and the different types of facilities you work with. You will have access to a car and will drive out to your customers for work once you are settled in the role.

We are looking for you who

• Are 18 years or older
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have a strong interest in making a career change to become a Refrigeration Technician
• Hold a valid B-driver's license
• Have passed the tests (MAP & Matrigma)
• Have passed a background check
