About the Role

Our client is one of Sweden's most well-known e-commerce companies within the grocery sector, operating a state-of-the-art logistics facility in Farsta, south of Stockholm. They deliver food directly to thousands of customers every day – and they are now looking for an Operations Technician who wants to be a key part of the on-site Facility team.

As an Operations Technician, you work operationally to ensure the facility runs optimally every day. You are someone who enjoys solving problems, takes responsibility for your part, and thrives in a varied daily routine where no two days are alike.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation and maintenance of the facility's technical systems, such as HVAC, BMS, and fire protection
• Identify, report, and resolve operational disruptions quickly and efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established procedures and schedules
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers during service visits
• Document completed work in FM/EAM systems
• Contribute to a safe working environment and ensure compliance with laws and safety standards

Conditions

• Employment type: Direct hire – you will be employed directly by the client
• Location: Farsta, Stockholm
• Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00
• Salary: Competitive and market-based salary depending on experience
• Start date: As agreed

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical background in property, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or similar
• Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Thrives in a practical and varied work environment
• Communicates well in Swedish; English skills are a plus
• Has experience working with FM/EAM systems or similar

Merits

• Electrical competence – basic or advanced
• Experience from food or logistics facilities
• Knowledge of BMS and fire protection systems
