Station Controller

Do you want to contribute to a safe, clean, and secure environment for passengers and employees?
We are now looking for engaged and responsible employees for Station Control, where the focus is on detection, control, and cleaning in the stations' customer environments.

As a Station Controller, you work operationally in the station environment and are responsible for ensuring that the stations maintain a high standard regarding cleanliness, safety, and comfort. The work is carried out according to established routines, methods, and safety regulations, and requires diligence, cooperation, and a service-oriented attitude.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform checks and cleaning in stations according to established methods, routines, and safety regulations.
  • Document completed work and report deviations, damages, and deficiencies according to current routines.
  • Follow and apply instructions and safety requirements for work in the station's customer environment.
  • Collaborate with management and relevant functions during remediation tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive experience for passengers through professional and quality-assured work.
  • Participate in training and information efforts to maintain competence and secure delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience working in customer-intensive service environments or other operational activities.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to follow established routines, instructions, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to document completed work and report deviations according to current routines.
  • Responsible and meticulous.
  • Service-oriented and professional in your interactions.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented.
  • Accustomed to working independently as well as in a team.
  • Comfortable working in environments where many people move around.

Meritorious Qualifications

  • Experience in remediation/cleaning work.

Other Information

Employment Type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period.

Hours: Full-time 100% and part-time 22%.

Start Date: To be agreed upon.

Location: Stockholm

The employment is covered by a collective agreement and offers several benefits such as an SL card, fitness allowance, lunch benefit, and discounted insurance.

About the Recruitment Process
