We are now looking for a Security Technician with prior experience in the field who, moving forward, will participate in installation and maintenance projects together with your colleagues. You will belong to a team consisting of approximately 30 people, including service/security technicians, designers, and project managers.

About the role

As a Security Technician, you will become an important cog in the team and participate in projects and customer collaborations together with project managers and senior technicians. You will participate in work involving complex installations, technical projects, and strive for the highest quality in every part of the delivery. The role involves participating in integrating, optimizing, and quality-assuring complex security solutions – always with the customer's needs in focus. The projects can range from two weeks to several months and cover all business areas such as alarms, CCTV, locks/access control, and fire safety.

You work closely with both customers and technical teams, receive guidance from more senior colleagues, and are an important part of the team and the work of developing future solutions.

Examples of tasks:

• Participate in larger installation projects – from planning to commissioning
• Handle troubleshooting and optimization of security systems
• Integrate and adapt various security solutions according to customer needs
• Ensure technical quality and documentation together with the team
• Contribute to the development of new working methods and solutions together with other technical teams

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are confident in your technical competence and want to take on an exciting role in advanced security projects. You are a person who combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills and thrives working both strategically and operationally.

Our requirements:

• Approx. 2 years of experience in security technology and advanced installation (or similar industry)
• Good competence in electronics, IT, or security systems
• Strong understanding of both hardware and software as well as IP-based systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Category B driver's license
• Certifications in security systems are meritorious

If you do not have competence in security technology specifically, a background as a technician in advanced electronics is also of interest!

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and confident in making technical decisions. You are motivated by working with complex challenges and you are passionate about quality, precision, and creating first-class customer experiences.

OBS! The position involves some travel. Both around Stockholm and the surrounding area, but sometimes to other parts of Sweden. Therefore, it is important that your life situation allows for travel and overnight stays in other places from time to time.

Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period

Start: According to agreement, taking notice periods into account

Scope: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00
