As part of our work for a more fair and unbiased recruitment process, we have chosen to collaborate with Hubert.ai.

After you submit your application, you will be directly invited to a chat-based first interview with our virtual recruitment assistant, Hubert. The purpose of this interview is to make the selection process faster and more accurate – it does not replace the human interview, but serves as a first step that helps us create better conditions for a more in-depth conversation later in the process.

The interview normally takes about 10-15 minutes to complete, and we prefer that you do it as soon as you have the opportunity. If you want tips before the interview, you can take a look at this article: https://www.hubert.ai/insights/tips-och-rad-infor-din-forsta-hubert-intervju (https://www.hubert.ai/insights/tips-och-rad-infor-din-forsta-hubert-intervju)

The recruitment process is competency-based and will, together with the chat-based interview, begin with a personality test and a logic test. These tests will be followed by a conversation with a recruiter, a group interview, and reference checks. We also conduct background checks and drug tests before employment. As an employer, we also apply random alcohol and drug tests during employment.

During the summer, the recruitment process will be on pause. That said, we would appreciate it if you submit your application and complete the first steps (Hubert interview and tests). However, we will not process your application or respond until at least August when we are back in the office.

Apply now – become part of our exciting journey!
