You work closely with property managers and technical managers, as well as collaborating with other colleagues, contractors, and tenants. You also contribute to the development of digital working methods related to operation and maintenance.
A part of the work is administrative, which includes placing orders, reviewing invoices, and participating in procurement processes and acting as an expert in larger projects.

- experience working with media monitoring, operational optimization, and systematic fire safety work
- knowledge of control and regulation technology
- experience working with corrective maintenance
- very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- good familiarity with digital working methods and can describe how you document, plan, and follow up on your work in a property system based on established processes
- Category B driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have experience working
- with control and monitoring of property systems

We are looking for someone who finds it easy to collaborate and who has a good ability to work both independently and in a team. You thrive in a varied role where you take responsibility and structure your work. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to communicate with both users and suppliers. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Employee engagement is important to us. Working with us means that you are expected to act in accordance with our view of employee engagement: achieving results, developing, and collaborating.
