Job Responsibilities

As a Property Technician, you work closely with the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Service work
• Repairs
• Maintenance work
• Installations
• Property rounds/inspections
• Operational optimization
• Carry out minor improvement projects

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Upper secondary education
• Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
• Good computer literacy
• Good knowledge of Office
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

As a Property Technician, you are an engaged problem solver who thrives in a role with many contacts and high demands for service orientation. For this position, it is important that you can take initiative and enjoy working with freedom under responsibility. You enjoy interacting with both customers and colleagues and have excellent teamwork skills. To thrive with us, you are unpretentious, forward-looking, and a social person who enjoys the role of a Property Technician. The position is home-based with affiliation to our office in Sollentuna. We prefer that you live in northern or western Stockholm and surrounding areas.
