About the role

Our client is one of Sweden's most well-known e-commerce companies within grocery retail, operating a state-of-the-art logistics facility in Farsta, south of Stockholm. They deliver food directly to thousands of customers every day – and they are now looking for a Facility Technician who wants to be a key part of the on-site Facility team.

As a Facility Technician, you are responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the facility. You are the central hub – the person who ensures everything runs smoothly, quickly resolves issues, and maintains contact with both colleagues and external suppliers. You thrive with a broad range of tasks, take initiative, and always keep things organized and tidy.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounds and supervision of the facility
• Handle fault reports and rectify minor faults and damages
• Contact with tenants, employees, and external suppliers
• Coordinate and follow up on service visits and maintenance work
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established routines and schedules
• Contribute to a safe and well-maintained working environment
• Documentation of completed work

Conditions

• Employment type: Direct hire – you will be employed directly by the client
• Location: Farsta, Stockholm
• Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00
• Salary: Competitive and market-based salary depending on experience
• Start date: According to agreement

We are looking for you who

• Have experience from facility service, property maintenance, or a similar role
• Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and service-minded
• Enjoy practical and varied work
• Communicate well in Swedish; English is an asset
• Have basic technical understanding of electricity, plumbing (HVAC/plumbing), or building structures

Merits

• Experience from food or logistics facilities
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Knowledge of facility systems and fault reporting tools
