Torbygg (T.O.R Tillbyggnad och Renovering AB) is a construction company operating under the property management firm Ankarbulten AB. We are now looking for a property caretaker/craftsman who wants to play a key role in ensuring our premises maintain a high standard. You will become an important part of creating a pleasant and well-functioning environment for tenants, employees, and visitors to the properties. You will also go out to external construction sites.

As a property caretaker/building superintendent with us, you will primarily work with the maintenance and development of our existing properties. You will also meet with our tenants to resolve reported defects sent to Ankarbulten.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and care of premises and equipment
• Gardening and ground work
• Repairs, carpentry, painting, and technical maintenance
• Simple electrical and plumbing work
• Moving and assembling furniture and fixtures
• Handling defect reports and contacting suppliers
• Practical tasks to ensure smooth operations, sometimes involving heavy lifting

Qualifications

• High school education, preferably with a practical focus (construction, electrical, technology) or training in property management
• Experience in property management or building superintendent duties
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic digital skills
