Absol Rail is a signaling company founded in 2019, currently in an expansion phase where we are looking for additional technicians to join our signaling team. At Absol Rail, we are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the signaling system on the Tvärbanan (Cross-town Line), and we have several exciting projects ahead. Your tasks will include installations, commissioning participation, as well as preventive maintenance and emergency troubleshooting of the signaling system, both in the field and in technical rooms. Other duties involve documentation, uploading checklists, and similar tasks. Opportunities for development are excellent, and the position is a permanent employment. The work is scheduled during day or night shifts, with on-call duties from home.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Category B driver's license
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Met health requirements (health examination conducted upon employment)
• Previous experience in practical work, preferably in one of the following professions:

• Electrician
• Installer
• Mechanic
• Optical Technician
• Other similar profession

The following is considered an advantage:

• Experience working on tracks/railways
• Experience in writing and reading documentation

Personal qualities

To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who can work independently but is also a team player with good communication skills. The windows for performing work on the tracks are limited, so you need to be proactive in your approach and not afraid to put in extra effort when needed. To deliver on our promises to our customers, we also want you to be meticulous and service-oriented, both in the field and in the documentation provided to the customer.
