The company was founded in 1995 by Stevo, who started the business as a large kitchen technician with a focus on service and spare parts. The operations began locally with half of Botkyrka as the working area and has since grown to cover the entire Stockholm County, with a clear focus on municipal operations and public customers. The company is characterized by technical competence, fast service, and long-term customer relationships. We deliver service, troubleshooting, repairs, and spare parts management for large kitchen equipment to municipalities and operations throughout the county. We are now in an expansion phase and are therefore looking for service technicians who want to take independent responsibility and be part of our continued growth journey.

As a service technician, you work independently with your own geographical area of responsibility. You receive work orders via SMS and handle the case from start to finish in our system. The work involves daily customer contact, technical troubleshooting, and documentation in a digital diary via phone. For heavier or more complex jobs, two technicians travel together. You are also given the opportunity to visit supplier factories for training and certification. The role implies freedom under responsibility and requires structure, technical knowledge, and good planning skills.

As a Service Technician, you will among other things:

• Receive work orders via SMS and plan your workday independently.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment at the customer's site.
• Order spare parts or fix faults directly on site.
• Document the work in the system and keep a diary via phone.
• Be responsible for a geographical area.
• Collaborate with a colleague on heavier jobs.
• Undergo training and certifications with suppliers as needed.

Desired profile:

• Category B driver's license.
• Technical knowledge and practical experience in troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Extract from the criminal record (Swedish: belastningsregister).
• Ability to work independently.

Meritorious:

• Electrical knowledge.
• Certificates in a technical field.
• Previous experience in field service work.
• Strong technical curiosity and interest.

• Independent and structured – since you plan and are responsible for your geographical area and need to be able to drive your assignments without constant supervision.
• Humble and professional in customer contact – as the work takes place at municipalities and operations where treatment and trust are crucial.
• Social and communicative – to be able to collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers as well as report clearly in the system.
• Responsible with high work ethic – as the role implies freedom under responsibility and requires that assignments are completed correctly and on time.
• Solution-oriented and confident in technical situations – since troubleshooting often takes place independently at the customer's site where quick and correct decisions need to be made.

Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07.00–16.00, Friday 07.00–14.45 (ATF)
Location: Starting point Slagsta, work in the entire Stockholm County
Employment type: 6-month probationary period that transitions to a permanent position
