We are looking for a Security Protection Specialist with a focus on personnel security for an authority within the electricity sector.

This is a consulting assignment. The location of work is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role involves supporting, coordinating, and following up on work related to security-protected procurement, as well as ensuring that collaborations and procurements are carried out with high security protection. The assignment includes work with security checks, security assessments, security agreements, and the development of personnel security processes, as well as support and knowledge dissemination within personnel security.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate, and follow up on work related to security-protected procurement.
• Manage the process from special security assessment to the signing and follow-up of security agreements.
• Ensure that procurements, contracts, and collaborations are carried out with the correct security protection.
• Conduct security checks of candidates who are to participate in security-sensitive operations.
• Perform well-founded security assessments based on good personal knowledge.
• Develop and improve the personnel security process.
• Support employees with knowledge deepening within personnel security.
• Contribute to environmental scanning in relevant areas such as culture and language.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• You must have at least 5 years of work experience in personnel security within the framework of security protection legislation.
• You must have at least 5 years of work experience in independently handling security check interviews, background checks, assessments, and documentation.
• You must have at least 5 years of work experience in conducting personnel investigations within the framework of security checks.
• You must have at least 2 years of work experience from a state authority, municipality, region, or other publicly governed body.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Meritorious

• You should have at least 1 year of experience in training, guiding, or advising within personnel security and security checks.
• You should have experience in developing processes and governing documents within personnel security.
• You should have education in linguistics, interrogation, or equivalent education, alternatively acquired knowledge through work experience.
