Sophiahemmet Non-Profit Association has been providing healthcare, education, and research in close collaboration since 1884. Within Sophiahemmet AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sophiahemmet Non-Profit Association, Sophiahemmet Hospital operates, providing high-quality specialist care in collaboration with approximately thirty independent healthcare providers. Additionally, Sophiahemmet’s Property division is responsible for the operation and development of the hospital’s properties and services for the area’s tenants. Sophiahemmet University College is a leading actor in education and research for the health, care, and social care of the future. We are located in newly renovated premises on Östermalm together with other support functions.

In your role, you will report to Anette, the CFO. In your role, you will among other things work with and be responsible for:

• Accounting and financial reporting within the group's three companies and associated foundations.
• The audit process, authority contacts, and regulatory compliance.
• Driving digitalization and development of ongoing accounting work together with the team.
• Working proactively with financial analysis and contributing to the organization's continued development.

To succeed in the role, you need:

• An academic education in economics/finance.
• Several years of experience in practical accounting work, including the preparation of financial statements and annual reports.
• Good IT maturity and a strong interest in digital development.
• Strong skills in Excel.
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken).
• Experience with accounting for non-profit associations and foundations is an advantage.
