Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a School Administrator for Söderkullaskolan as our colleague has moved on to new challenges. Take the chance and become part of our team!
As a School Administrator with us, you provide close administrative support to the school leadership in the areas of students, staff, finance, information, and authorities. In your role, you will have a central and important position in our front office, acting as the school's face to the outside world. You will receive school staff and visitors daily, helping and guiding them appropriately. The role also includes handling student administration, such as student registration, placements, grades, and other student results.
You are responsible for our mail handling, diary registration, filing, and archiving. You will also work with handling invoices, accounting entries, purchases, and orders. Tasks related to short-term staffing, including staffing, booking substitutes, and administration within existing IT and HR systems, are also part of the role. Additionally, you will provide service-oriented support in daily operations by contributing to a pleasant working environment, maintaining order, and ensuring that staff rooms are functional and welcoming. You will also assist with holidays, graduations, coffee breaks, and other events with decorations and practical preparations.

As a School Administrator, you will become an important part of this work through your high-quality administrative support and service. You will have many contact points, both internal and external, and report directly to the school's administrative manager.
Qualifications
You must have at least a completed upper secondary education. We prefer that you have a university degree with an administrative focus. You need at least 3 years of experience in administrative work, preferably in municipal operations, as well as experience working in the school sector. You should be proficient in IT and able to work with multiple systems simultaneously. Experience with Raindance, Extens, Infomentor, Skola24, HRutan, Medvind, or Platina is considered an advantage. You must also have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
To fit this role, you must thrive in a position with varied tasks and be well-organized. You enjoy being the "hub" of the network, seeing things from a holistic perspective, being responsible, and ensuring that tasks are completed without falling through the cracks. Furthermore, you are service-minded and have the ability to build good relationships with both adults and children.
