Högsbo Primary Care Hospital offers an exciting workplace where you will have the opportunity to work using new methods and be an important part of innovative approaches to primary care. Högsbo is a so-called "smart hospital" where we combine innovative working methods with future-oriented IT support to enable high-quality care with the patient in focus. The hospital features a day surgery center and a specialist center with radiology and sample collection for both adults and children. Högsbo Primary Care Hospital is a key part of the development of primary care in the Gothenburg area.

Description

You now have the opportunity to work for a period with fantastic colleagues at a new and modern hospital with a high pace and exciting challenges, as one of our physiotherapists is on study leave.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include independent outpatient assessments and treatment of patients, primarily from the hospital's orthopedic clinic, but we also work with all clinics at Högsbo Primary Care Hospital, including neurology, medicine, surgery, ENT, and gynecology. Specific physiotherapists work within different parts of the operations. Some of our pre-operative visits are conducted through digital care meetings.

Day surgical operations are performed at Högsbo Primary Care Hospital, where physiotherapists meet patients directly after surgery in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist with a few years of experience in orthopedic assessments and rehabilitation. You are a person who enjoys challenges, can take initiative, and are confident in your professional role. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work climate.

Conditions

The position is a fixed-term assignment (temporary substitute) during the period 2026-08-17 to 2027-06-10. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday.
