Do you want to help develop working methods that strengthen security protection in a business of great significance for Sweden's electricity supply? In this role, you will work closely with a function responsible for supporting, coordinating, and monitoring work related to security-cleared procurement.

You will become a key person in shaping future processes within SUA (Special Assignments within Security Protection). The assignment spans the entire chain, from special security protection assessments to the follow-up of security protection agreements, and has a clear connection to how the organization complies with security protection legislation.

Here you will combine business development with a socially critical assignment where your work makes a concrete difference for quality, structure, and long-term governance.

• You identify development needs and areas for improvement in the work with security-cleared procurement.
• You map current working methods and translate insights into clear and sustainable improvements.
• You establish and further develop structures for systematic security protection work.
• You contribute to the development of processes and working methods that strengthen efficiency and quality.
• You support the business in the preparation of special security protection assessments and review them as needed.
• You conduct suitability tests and supplier assessments as part of the ongoing security protection work.

• At least 5 years of work experience in security protection work, including work on the development, management, or follow-up of security protection processes at a strategic level.
• At least 2 years of experience in business or process development within security protection, security operations, or other regulated activities.
• At least 2 years of work experience in independently leading, planning, executing, and following up on projects.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not permitted).

• At least 2 years of work experience from the public sector.
• At least 2 years of work experience in change management.
• At least 2 years of work experience with special security protection assessments.
• At least 2 years of work experience with exposure of security-sensitive operations.
